Full Circle has an opportunity for a creative, enthusiastic, resourceful and proactive individual passionate about festivals and culture. You will have a complete inside view of how a pioneering city festival manages all aspects of its marketing and promotion, from digital campaigns and communications to work on the ground. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience at one of Belgium’s leading city festivals.
We are looking for somebody who loves electronic music, is familiar with our event, and has good social media skills. You are not afraid of hard work, and you are an optimist. Some graphic design skills, experience as an event promoter and basic knowledge of Photoshop/Canva are a plus but not necessary.
That said, you must be:

An average of two/three days a week from end-August through the end of November; however: we will need you practically full-time between the end of October 2023 and the first half of November 2023. Our office is located at Trix, Noordersingel, Antwerp.
You will join our marketing team and help us with our ticket campaign, social media communication and media production ahead of Full Circle 2023. Especially October (and the first half of November) 2023 will be busy with various tasks and responsibilities. You will be fully operational with our team on the ground during the festival itself – November 9, 10 and 11.
Full Circle is an annual culture and nightlife event at various Antwerp locations, ranging from clubs to museums and cultural houses. We highlight music, connection, and discovery with a 100% Belgian lineup. Full Circle wants to stimulate and awaken the youth’s enthusiasm for culture and show the older generation that nightlife is alive. We bring together a diverse audience focusing on young people for a cultural experience through an inclusive, unique and attractive programme.
This is an unpaid internship with the option of paid work in this role.
