Sound Architecture and Bar Volt presents the first ever Locked Groove Records in-store celebrating the vinyl release of "3 Variations Sur Un Thème", a collaboration between the label head Locked Groove and Tbilisi's Gacha Bakradze. Bakradze has deservedly earned plaudits after releases on Apollo, Cin Cin, Die Orakel, Fever AM and Lapsus. Locked Groove is a veteran of Scuba's Hotflush label, while his own Locked Groove Records explores the boundaries of his production style. 3 Variations Sur Un Thème contains three originals plus a remix from Dutch techno badman, Deniro. The release is a journey into a world of abstract electronica which always challenges but never confounds. On 12 November Locked Groove will play a special set at Sound Architecture and will be joined by fellow Belgian Steve Cop. A small amount of a limited full artwork edition of the record will be available as well. Don't miss out.
