Considered one of the founding fathers of the electronic music scene in Belgium. Sven Van Hees was born and raised in Antwerp, and made history by producing the first 'dance music' radioshow in Belgium with Liaisons Dangereuses, back in 1985. He started producing house, techno and tribal music as a solo artist from 1989 onwards. Worldwide fame came with his 1999 debut album release GEMINI. Almost all of the album's tracks got compiled on over 300+ compilations worldwide and he repeated that story in 2002 with the follow-up CALYPSO. Legends don’t come any more legendary than this one.
